How do I start using my SmartSign?

Congratulations on becoming a member of the Safe Entry System.  Good news, your product comes activated and is all set to go.

Simply place your SmartSign somewhere that's easy for visitors to access.  Each visitor can scan the SmartSign by opening their phone's camera and focusing on the full QR code.  Once they get the "Clear to Enter" screen, the information has been stored and they are ready for service!

Make sure to check the client's "Clear to Enter" screen to confirm that they have inputed the correct information - especially the alphanumeric code that is just below the QR code.

If the system determines that the person is a risk, they will be directed to leave the salon and will get CDC guidance.

What do I do if I discover the salon may have been exposed to COVID-19?

Visit salonentry.com and click on the tab on the top right corner of the homepage that says “Report a COVID case.”  Fill out the questionnaire and sit back while we do the rest.  We will notify anyone who was in the salon at the time of possible exposure.
